  Card Cutting Dies
Credit cards, Phone cards, Security cards, Playing cards, Game cards

Å  Stamfag offers credit card dies in many shapes and sizes to meet customer specifications. Cutting dies for credit cards from the late 1960's thru the early 1980's were made to meet early standards such as CR50, CR60, CR80 etc, and did not have to meet the strict criteria required today. Since the early 1990's the addition of holographic images and sophisticated microprocessor based smart cards, have brought about more strict standards such as ISO 7810 and ISO 7816. Stamfag manufactures cutting dies to meet these standards as well as special shaped cards made popular by banks and retail stores. Stamfag dies can be made in both standard tolerance (0.05mm or 0.002 inches) or precision (0.02mm or 0.008 inches) to cut plastic or a variety of coated and laminated materials.

Å  Stamfag manufactures cutting dies used on both thru die and counter-pressure applications for a variety of die cutting machines, most common applications have been on "Blumer" or "PMC" machines however Stamfag can manufacture cutting dies to be used for almost any application for any machine.

Å Stamfag die crowns are available in two grades of custom steel, our own "Stamcor" S5 and "Stamcor" S10, as well as our "Stamdur" Carbide. This selection of materials offers our customers the flexibility to purchase a high quality die with both a replaceable and up-gradable crown. This allows you to not only meet you current requirement but upgrade to meet higher production, in the future, at cost savings of up to 30%.
