Today's Die Cut Label market has continued to challenge
technology by demanding more precise labels at higher
productivity rates than ever before. In response, Stamfag offers
a complete line of Counter-Pressure Dies. These special purpose
dies are available in two custom grades of custom steel, "S5"&
"S10", and our patented "Stamdur" carbide and can be
manufactured for any machine including "Blumer", and "PMC."
Å The ingenious design of
the patented Counter-Pressure process insures unmatched
precision and productivity. The process integrates traditional
High- Die cutting with a Counter-Pressure System. The
Counter-Pressure system accurately compresses the label stack
before and during die cutting. The accuracy of the
Counter-Pressure system is insures the closest possible
tolerance for maximum precision.
Å For example a Stamfag
Counter-Pressure Die when used with a "Blumer Atlas DG-18M"
Counter-Pressure Die Cutter can reduce top to bottom label size
variation to +/- 0.1mm (0.004in.) on a stack height of 80mm
(3.13in). Additionally, the same precision can be achieved for
large format die cutting, (250mm X 250mm or 9.88in. X 9.88in.)
when used with a "Blumer Atlas DG-25M" Counter-Pressure Die
Cutter. Counter Pressure Dies are also made to be used with
machines by other manufactures such as "PMC" as well, and can be
quoted upon request. All required parts such as ram plates, lift
plates, and counter-pressure plates can be supplied with these
state of the art dies.
